Simcon Concrete was founded in 1984 by Jason Smith in the Florida Panhandle, starting from the ground up with a hands-on commitment to quality concrete work. By the late 1980s we relocated to Central Florida and grew from residential subdivisions into larger commercial, municipal, and governmental projects across the state.
Over four decades we've expanded throughout almost the entire state of Florida, staying true to our core values of quality, integrity, and professionalism. With Jason Smith leading as President, Simcon remains a family-oriented company delivering disciplined, production-driven execution — building long-term partnerships where over 93% of our work comes from repeat clients who trust us to keep their projects on track.
